Things move fast in the workplace these days and, like many others, you want more hours in the day. It’s time to hit pause and instead learn how you can approach the tasks differently at our 1/2 day workshop, which focuses on Time Optimization.
We can help you make your work-day easier and more manageable.

At our workshop in Time Optimization, you will learn:
We cater to all employees and managers who want to gain more knowledge about time optimization, and manage the piles of work that take up too much space – mentally, physically and on the computer.
The workshop on Time Optimization is a mix of theory, discussion and short exercises.
Approximately one week before the workshop, we will send out an online questionnaire, which aims to uncover your behaviour and habits in connection with use of email and calendar systems.
We are specialists in time optimization, and we show you how to use Outlook and Lotus Notes most efficiently. The workshop will be based on the version you have available.
Duration: The workshop lasts approximately 1/2 day, but can be adjusted as needed.
In addition to the workshop, there is an opportunity for a personal implementation consultation for those who may need it. Here you, together with our time-coach, will get help to implement the tools from the workshop in your work-life.
The workshop can also be held in Danish.
